Welcome to LumeCity, an innovative cyberpunk-themed social game. By accessing, downloading, or playing LumeCity, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

By using LumeCity, you confirm that you:

(a) Are at least 16 years old or meet the minimum age requirements of your jurisdiction if higher.

(b) Understand that users under the age of 16 are not permitted to access or use LumeCity.

(c) Agree to comply with these Terms of Service and any future amendments.

(d) Accept the guidelines outlined in our Privacy Policy and community rules.

(a) Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account, including a truthful declaration of age.

(b) You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any unauthorized access or activity must be reported to our support team immediately.

(c) If a user is found to have misrepresented their age or indicates they are under 16:

• - Their account will be immediately suspended.


• - The account will remain deactivated until sufficient proof of age is verified via our designated process.


• - Fraudulent or repeated misrepresentation may result in permanent termination.

(d) LumeCity reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or disruptive conduct within the community.

Users must not:

(a) Engage in harassment, hate speech, or other disruptive behavior.

(b) Exploit bugs, unauthorized tools, or cheats.

(c) Sell, trade, or transfer accounts or in-game assets outside of authorized platforms.

(d) Impersonate staff, moderators, or other users.

(e) Share illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content.

(a) All in-game items and currency remain the intellectual property of LumeCity.

(b) Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

(c) Unauthorized real-world transactions involving in-game assets are prohibited.

All LumeCity assets, code, and designs are protected. Users may not reproduce or alter content without written consent.

LumeCity may update or remove features at any time. Maintenance may temporarily affect server availability

LumeCity is not responsible for:

(a) Disruptions caused by external technical issues.

(b) Loss of assets due to Terms violations.

(c) Security breaches resulting from user negligence.

User data is collected and used per the Privacy Policy. This may include IP addresses, in-game activity, and communications.

Enforcement actions may include:

(a) Warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.

(b) Reversal of unauthorized gains.

(c) Investigation into harmful behavior.

(d) Ban Evasion is strictly prohibited. Users found creating or using alternate accounts to circumvent a previous suspension or ban will face immediate termination of all associated accounts.

(e) LumeCity may use device identifiers, IP logging, and other detection methods to enforce bans and prevent evasion.

Disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, and will be resolved through arbitration unless otherwise required.

(a) Staff may not gift items or provide advantages without explicit approval.

(b) Moderators must follow internal guidelines and standards

(a) LumeCity includes virtual casino-style games for entertainment purposes only. These games do not offer real money gambling.

(b) Players must be at least 18 years of age to access any casino feature. Age verificationmay be required.

(c) All casino-related rewards, including Neon Chips, GlowBits, and Shards, are virtual and have no cash value.

(d) LumeCity does not allow the exchange or sale of Neon Chips, GlowBits, or Shards for real currency or goods.

(e) Misuse of casino features, including exploitative play or circumvention of restrictions, may result in penalties or account termination.
